Colli Lanuvini d.o.c.
It is a type of wine derived from kinds of Malvasia and Trebbiano, whose production of bunches/hectare is very low. Its colour is pale yellow, with a delicate and vinous scentl, suggesting that of the apple of the variety “Golden”.
Its taste is good as its scent: dry, fresh and full bodied.

Lazio i.g.t. rosso
It is a wine produced with Merlot and Sangiovese; its scent is strong and persistent, full bodied, dry and complicated.
Very good to cook.
