Vineyards:
Malvasia bianca del Lazio 60%, Grechetto del Lazio 25%, Bonvino, Bellone 15%.
Vintage and vinification:
Soft pressing, while leaving the must on the peels for 6-8 hours. Then it is pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature (Fiore must). The name of this wine has been created to clarify the great potentiality of local vineyards.
Alcoholic grades:
12,5% vol.

Dry wine.
Vineyards:
Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano toscano, Bonvino, Bellone.
Vintage and vinification:
Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature (Fiore must).
Alcoholic grades:
12% vol.
Montecompatri d.o.c. “Le Trecciole”
Dry wine.

Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia puntinata, Trebbiano toscano, Bonvino, Bellone
