This wine-merchant which has an entrance characterized by a wood portal like the ancient wine cellars in Frascati is located within a structure built in 1800. It consists of three different rooms with vaulted ceiling. This wine merchant has been recently restored by selecting materials and furniture. Inside there is a cave ramified in three branches on two levels.
It is possible to taste local wines (Frascati and Frascati superiore) and national and international wines, while eating warm or cold food. There is the roasted pork of the Castelli Romani and different kinds of cheese. If requested it is possible to cook special menus and organize meeting to show the art of making wine explained by experts.
The personnel is young and speaks English, German, Bulgarian and Japanese. On the square in front of the wine-merchant there is a parking area for cars and coaches (200 m).
