It is located in the heart of the Frascati's production on Colle San Marco, after which it has been named. It has a panoramic position, between Frascati and Monte Porzio Catone, and a wide parking area. The volcanic soil rich in potassium, phosphorous, calcium and magnesium is perfect to cultivate vineyards such as: Malvasia Bianca di Candia, Malviasia del Lazio, and Trebbiano Toscano.
The main products are: Frascati superiore in its two different versions: base and selezione; Frascati spumante, Frascati Cannellino, while a white wine in barrique and a red wine are under experimentation.
It is possible to visit the wine-cellars and to taste products. Personnel speak English and French.
