The “Cantina da Santino” is easy to reach by foot from the central square of the town (Piazza Roma) or by car following the street leading to Monte Porzio Catone, after 200 m turn to the left, once you reach the square Piazza delle Scuole Pie, turn again to the left and reach the end of this street.

This wine-cellar is open in every period of the year, even on Sunday. Opening hours: 9:00, 13:30, 15:30, 21:00. It is possible to reserve by phone.

| Description |
The Ramaccia Family, one of those who has the most ancient origin in Frascati, is owner of vineyards in the area between Frascati and Monte Porzio Catone and it has always produced wine by its own. This wine-cellar, located in the historical downtown of Frascati, belongs to a palace built during the XV-XVI century. The internal room (60 square meter) with vaulted ceilings is a typical "Fraschetta", where visitors can taste wine produced by the company, while eating a snack or a lunch brought with them as the traditional "fagottari".
Tanks for vinification and a series of old tools such as an hand pump, small tanks (cupelle), and a "mastello", etc. are preserved to be shown to visitors.
This wine-cellar has a very ancient cave, with a temperature ranging between 12 and 14°C, where during summer wine is stored.
