The Neapolitan Gate
It was built by Lombard workmen between 1511 and 1520. With its two towers it is one of the most important sign of the defensive system which characterized this town and several times saved it from destruction. Near the gate there are ruins of the enclosure walls, even though they are not very well preserved.
